Shop Team – Technicians
Full-time and part-time, day shift and night shift | Salary: $15–$24/hour with competitive benefits

All shifts are available. Night shift differential pay applies. We are accepting applications for experienced truck and trailer technicians. We are not currently accepting apprentice technicians. Along with competitive benefits, we provide paid uniforms. A driver’s license required. Major shop tools provided.

Night Dispatcher – Nights (4 Nights On / 4 Nights Off)
Full-time, night shift | Salary: $45,000–$51,600/year with competitive benefits

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at Sharkey Transportation, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation logistics and ensuring timely delivery of services. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for efficient delivery.
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Utilize dispatch software and GPS systems to track shipments.
• Analyze transportation data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and communications.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette.
• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning and management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Mcleod Loadmaster or similar dispatch software is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
