At Sharkey Transportation, our people are what keep the miles moving.

Many of our fleet managers and team members have spent years, and often decades, working in trucking. Many are former drivers themselves, which brings a practical understanding of the road and the realities drivers face every day.

That experience shows up in how the work gets done. Our team focuses on matching freight, routes, and home time in a way that works for both the driver and the customer. It is not about simply filling trucks. It is about consistency, communication, and follow-through.

Drivers get to know their fleet manager by name, and that familiarity leads to better communication and stronger working relationships over time.

Across Operations, Safety, Recruiting, and the Shop, every role plays a part in delivering on our commitment to Success through Service. That means supporting our drivers, taking care of our customers, and doing what we say we will do.
